The service and information provided were excellent and the conformation sent promptly by email.
If I could make one suggestion it would be that there is a place on the booking site that you can specify what time of day you would like to be called to confirm the booking and pay the deposit. I was lucky to be off work when I made the booking but it would have been difficult for me to take a daytime call had I not been.
Having said that I found the process easy and informative with a lot of information already well presented on the website.
