I was very impressed by the professionalism and efficency of Waterways Holidays agent Trudi Hawes. What a credit to her profession as her information back and forth between Australia and the UK was quick as it was fit for purpose. Trudi was able to fill in a lot of our informaion gaps, morover, the infomation she supplied helped us inormously todecide on what boat and what route suited both our budget and our tourism desires. I would highly recommend the company as a result of her work on their behalf
