“Very polite and helpful on the phone. The only small issue was with the original booking email they sent, I had asked for different pick up time but the email reflected the standard pick up times and there were no comments on the changes. So I felt I had to then follow up with an email to validate, I wouldn't have needed to if the comments had been included.”

“The booking process was easy if a little unsettling as it is not clear if you have booked your holiday or if you have just requested a holiday which might not be available. In the end we had a telephone call and all was well.”

“The website is good, but being able to refine down to specific rivers and canals would be easier than checking bases. The call I received about the booking was excellent. She was very knowledgeable about the Thames and the possible routes we could take. All in all, an easy booking process”

“Booking was simple on the easy to navigate website. Telephone call was answered immediately and advice was plentiful. Website also included many tabs for guidance and provided links to other sites for additional information .”
