“Booking was simple on the easy to navigate website. Telephone call was answered immediately and advice was plentiful. Website also included many tabs for guidance and provided links to other sites for additional information .”

“Quick and efficient response; could handle my questions without delay. The downside was that there was an error in the T&Cs which was addressed when I questioned it but makes me wonder what other problems there might be that I haven't spotted (after all how many customers read the T&Cs?).”

“Very helpful call handler. Would have been helpful to suggest most convenient time and number to confirm booking. Lots of information given regarding holiday- need to find this information in writing to refer to nearer the time. Thank you”
