“Very fast AND clear answers to questions. A nice, friendly email contact which ultimately resulted in a booking. So far very satisfied; hope it stays that way until the sailing holiday. I have confidence in that. Can you also provide nice weather? HaHaHa.”

“We contacted Waterways as we believed they had good knowledge of the Cruisers and users needs. We were not disappointed from our first contact with Trudy, then Leslie and laterly Amy. Despite our mistakes in dates and various issues, all 3 were patient and provided us with the information to enable us to make a booking. I was extremely grateful and look forward to our holiday in September. Our party are all in their 80s and it was important for their knowledge. Thank you.”
