“Great service! Website easy to use and informative. Reservation made online and was then called to confirm booking. Person who called was very helpful and ran through everything.”

“We contacted Waterways as we believed they had good knowledge of the Cruisers and users needs. We were not disappointed from our first contact with Trudy, then Leslie and laterly Amy. Despite our mistakes in dates and various issues, all 3 were patient and provided us with the information to enable us to make a booking. I was extremely grateful and look forward to our holiday in September. Our party are all in their 80s and it was important for their knowledge. Thank you.”
