“Recently booked a week cruising on the canals of north West England, Trudi of waterways could not have been nicer or more helpful, she explained everything very clearly, really looking forward to our week in June”

“At first I was a bit frustrated that I couldn't complete my booking and pay the deposit in one go on online and had to wait for a phone call during office hours. But the call came through at a time when I was able to take it and the lady I spoke to immediately asked if it was a convenient time so I know I could have rearranged if necessary, and it was clearly important to be able to speak to eachother in order to confirm the availability for our request and to give me some vital information as well as take the card payment for the deposit and for me to be able to ask a few questions. Our trip isn't for another 8 months but I already feel very well informed and supported for what will be our first ever boating holiday.”

“After an initial problem with the steering on the boat we originally ordered, they upgraded us to a better boat. They were very good and friendly throughout, and we would have been under way within 30min. But we decided to stay and have a good look up there.”
