“I found Nigel very friendly & informative. This will be our first boating holiday and Nigel helped us to decide on suitable canals and explained in detail the boats layout etc... This was one of the main reasons I booked with Waterways. Looking forward to the weekend break.”

“We were very pleased with the booking experience, we were abroad at the time and had difficulty with contact, eventually we had the pleasure of speaking to Abbie at Waterways Holidays who, in a friendly, professional manner, completed the booking for us.”

“As I sent my booking request late on a Saturday night I called on the Sunday to confirm my booking had been accepted. It had! Yippee!! The person I spoke to was friendly, efficient and very informative and email confirmation followed immediately. Let's hope our holiday works out as good as the booking process. Thank you.”

“The design of the web site made it easy to find a boat that satisfied my criteria and after booking it I received a callback to confirm the details and take a deposit. That call came very quickly and was itself followed up by an email. Altogether, the booking experience was very straightforward and hassle free.”

“The online booking was straightforward and we were contacted the following day by phone and advised that the booking was confirmed. As we were within 8 weeks of the holiday we paid the total cost by credit card over the phone and then received email confirmation from the boatyard later that day. The written confirmation arrived by post a couple of days later. All in all very efficient and a cost saving as well!!”
