“We booked our waterways holiday online and within ten minutes of doing so we were called back by one of there representative's. They were helpful and friendly and confirmed all the booking details and answered all my questions! Very happy, we'll definitely be using waterways holidays again.”

“First of all was surprised the office was open on a Sunday (but then I personally still forget most shops are now open on a Sunday)! Great service, no problems and very straightforward booking procedure. Now looking forward to our boating experience next year!”

“Excellent had a fantastic time cruiser was amazing, a great experience and would do it again. My only slight criticism would be that we could of done with a bit more tuition on manoeuvring the cruiser”

“Website easy to follow and book, once booked I received confirmation within a minute giving me information to call and pay deposit. Lady on the end of the phone was very polite, professional and new her stuff. Overall experience very good, if holiday is as good we will have a wonderful time.”
