“Friendly, efficient service. Treated as an individual, not like calling a call centre. trudi was very helpful and pleasant, she phoned back when she said she would and explained everything always checking if i had any questions. the offer of being able to call if anything came to mind was a welcome touch. Well done!”

“The website was easy to use and had plenty of information. I was expecting to pay a deposit online when booking made but instead received a message to say they would be in touch to confirm the booking - they called promptly the next morning and were very helpful. As soon as the booking was confirmed an email came through with all the information. A great service.”
