“Prompt response and good communication by the booking representitive who had a good knowledge of the broads and gave some great tips and advice.”

“I phoned up to book my holiday rather than use the Internet form and I am so glad I did. My call was answered quickly, the lady was extremely helpful, full,of advice and nothing was too much trouble. An emailed followed with all the extra details and it was a very pleasurable experience. Thank you”

“I enjoyed booking a boat with Waterways comoany. Staff was patient while I was choosing a boat, and helped to access information from the website regarding the canal rootes. Staff also adviced on the canal guides available on sale and where it is best to park to return the boat on time.”

“I made teh booking. BT jarrett. U booking service is very good. I book a lot of trips for travelling and I would say u on a par with booking .com Service is good so keep teh service and business will always flourish. Well done. Hope everything goes smoothly when we get on teh boat. Thanks very much.”

“Booked online and received a nice informative call the next day. The rep answered any questions I had about the boat and seemed to know a lot about the boat I was booking. Very good service, would use again”

“The booking and confirmation was straightforward and easy. The staff were friendly - which makes a big difference to me especially when booking a holiday - and informative and we felt we could ask anything we liked and they would be only too pleased to answer our queries. “Slightly old fashioned way of booking on-line. You reserve it on line then they call you back for payment. They have not caught up with on line payment, this would make the booking process much easier as it is not always convenient to talk on the phone and just not up to speed to book holidays in this way. However the 'woman in the office' was very nice, extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with so overall a better than average experience - WEEL DONE!”

“Website very informative and details of boats and any hidden costs fully explained. Once booked on line was phoned next day for confirmation and deposit which was followed by confirmation via e-mail with booking reference and then a letter confirming same - very efficient. I hope when we pick up the boat everything will be as professional.”

“Very efficient, Online system was easy to follow , even for me (I'm a bit of a dinosaur when it comes to IT). I received a call within the hour of making my online booking , Lesley was very pleasant on the phone and had good knowledge and was able to suggest some good ideas for activities in the area in which we were visiting.”
