“Nigel was extremely helpful and very pleasant. He took the time to explain to us about various aspects of boating holidays for the complete novice, in particular the tuition we will receive and the information we will get about routes, moorings etc. That set our minds at rest. He also clearly explained the fees we paid and the fuel refund procedure. We considered this to be excellent customer service and a very good advert for your business.”
