“Went on the email chat first and got quick answers to my questions as a first time boater. Went to book on line and got a booking confirmation followed by a phone call from the very friendly Abbey who answered all my other questions. Very impressed with this customer care.”

“we were a little worried about going on this type of holiday, because we have never done it before, and I was worried about the breaks! (it's OK it must be a woman thing) but we are glad we booked it. what lovely speaking people. they couldn't do enough for us. nothing was too much bother. we can't wait.”

“The two people I dealt with were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. What could have been complicated and stressful (because I didn't know anything about waterways or boats) was simple & a good experience. The lady I spoke to to make my booking made me feel welcome and had a great sense of humor. Thanks everyone - looking forward to the holiday!”
