“Abbie was very efficient. She located our holiday really quickly and was able to spot the mistake in the advert, ensuring we fully understood what we were booking. She reserved our booking to give us time to check sleeping arrangements and was able to talk about our trip with knowledge. Everything was emailed through quickly and efficiently. Thank you.”

“We made a reservation for a Norfolk Broads cruiser by the website. Waterways Holidays telephoned us the following day to discuss our requirements and go through the booking in detail. The staff were very friendly and helpful and confirmation from the boatyard was received within twenty four hours of the telephone call. All in all a very good experience.”
