“I made the booking over the phone from Australia. I spoke with Nigel, who was very friendly and helpful. He took the time to explain in detail about the boat I was intending to hire and advised on the the local waterways and what to expect. I did not feel rushed in anyway, and overall it was a great conversation and experience. It was an excellent start to our pending holiday.”

“Very helpful and knowledgeable booking agent (Nigel) -quick and easy booking system (i.e. call them up and pay over the phone!!). 10 minutes tops to sort with no automated/IT blather to deal with or hidden costs. Highly recommended...”

“Shortly after making an online booking from the easy to use website, Heather from Waterways holidays contacted me, she explained the prices and also msde sure I was aware of the boat layout in case there was something I had not thought of when selecting a boat. Confirmation e mails followed soon after. She was pleasent polite and professional, I could not have asked to be treated any better and we are looking forward to our holiday on the Broads. I have no hesitation in recommending Waterways Holidays to anyone interested in a boating holiday. Mike.”
