“Booking was administered over the phone very efficiently and the operator was delightful - all queries were answered in full and a summary of next steps was delivered expertly. Guidance provided covered boat, marina and Norfolk Broads information. A very good customer interface.”

“Having researched other companies on the internet, Waterways holidays were by far the better choice. Having not book a family holiday like this before the advisor was good in covering all aspects of the booking, holiday and other relevant factors. This was followed up with an email. Awaiting the holiday now.”
