“Easy to book online with payment made after by phone. A bit unusual not to pay online at time of booking but I understand that the boat hire company needed to confirm the booking prior to payment. This was probably the most secure way to pay. Abby was pleasant to deal with at time of payment, giving me all the information I required.”
