“the web site was really clear and easy to use with lots of info on the boats and the area,then when i contacted the the site office to book the lady was really helpful and every single question i asked,she had and knew the answer,i was amazed at how friendly she was,i loved the fact that she didnt try to sell me anything extra etc,an amazing member of your team and a credit to waterways holidays”

“The booking process was very straightforward and quick. The lady I spoke to (I did not get her name) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. If the narrow boat holiday is as good as the booking process then we are going to have a great time!!”

“Nigel, the chap I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful. He talked me through the pro's and con's of each of the boats that I had selected and from that I was able to choose the holiday that suited my family best.”
