“I telephoned and spoke to Abbi, who was very helpful. We spent some time looking at options and Abbi advised me well as she had plenty of knowledge. Our holiday was booked and all information came through quickly via email. I would definitely recommend Waterways to friends.”

“The process was straight forward and easy on line then I got a call the next morning. The lady was very pleasant. The only error was this email which is addressed to Mr Crowe and I am Mrs Crowe!”

“on-line booking was confirmed later that day. Deposit paid with no credit card surcharge. Clear instructions were received by email following confirmation telephone call. A very satisfactory booking experience.”

“After submitting the online booking/enquiry form I received a call the following morning to confirm that the boat was reserved. The lady I spoke to was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgable. She spent some time ensuring that I understood all aspects of the booking and told me all about the area and local facilities. If the hirers and the vessel are up to this standard we will be guaranteed a very positive boating experience. Thank You.”
