“I was to make a late booking but the boat I wanted wasn't suitable. I rang Waterways and spoke to a very helpful woman called Trudi who found me a suitable boat for the same dates and about the same price. It was all so easy and all thanks to Trudi!”

“I found calling the support centre more easy than the site as it has so much choice on it that if you don't no all the ins and outs of booking boating etc yyou can find yourself in the wrong place. so if in doubt call them.”
