“We booked Online in the evening, and one of the pleasant staff called the following day to run through everything and take payment details. She was very helpful and made the whole booking process very easy. The website was also very easy to use.”

“Quick and easy on the internet with a personal phone call later to confirm and talk through the details of the boat, it's facilities and boatyard. Extremely impressed with the service so far. If you can organise for the weather to be sunny during our short break, I will be even more impressed!”

“Over the years I have had to deal with many holiday booking systems and I have to say I have not come across a more helpful and polite person than I did when I contacted Richardsons cruises for a short break on the Norfolk broads. Thanks Nigal for all your help”

“Excellent service. I cannot praise Waterways too highly, I left a message with a query at 9pm and received an answer from Abbey at 10.30 the next morning. I called again at 6pm after work and Gemma took my booking. both girls were very courteous and friendly, nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. I will definitely book with Waterways Holidays the next time I have a holiday afloat.”

“I found it a bit strange that we didn't need to input our payment details when we completed the booking form. However the following day a lady rang who was very friendly and answered all my questions and then took our payment details. So all round good experience.”
