“It was really easy to book our holiday and then pay our deposit. The waterways staff are very helpful and were able to answer all of my questions we have used them 6 times and there has never been any problems”

“The process of booking was very straightforward and clear. We had plenty of information beforehand which helped us make an informed choice. The phone confirmation we received was very helpful as we were able to ask some questions directly to one of the team. The lady who dealt with us was very professional and charming and we felt reassured that we had made the right decision at this stage.”
