“We are from New Zealand, planning our first narrow boat excursion. Trudi from Waterways was very helpful, made some great suggestions and answered all my queries promptly. We are looking forward to our first canal boat trip, and will recommend Waterways to others”

“We looked at the web site and selected a boat, which was easy to do and completed an enquiry. We did this in the evening and got an email to let us know that our enquiry had been received. Next day we got a phone call to sort out the booking. I spoke to Dawn who was very pleasant and helpful and went through the details and told us what was included. We booked the holiday all very painless, easy and straightforward. If only all web site / customer services were as good! Now all we need is some good weather!”

“Great service, I rang and spoke to Lesley asking saying that I had 3 dogs to take on a boat and she said that someone would look into this for me the very next day as it was too late to speak to the boat owners. The very next day as promised Abi rang me and was aware of all needs which was nice as I did not have to explain, Abi was very efficient and friending making it easy to book my hols. We are looking forward to our trip, thank you”

“Very easy to book and Abbie was very knowledgable when I spoke to her on the phone. She answered all of my questions and my email confirmation from the boatyard came through quickly. The boating handbook and suggested items list that were attached to the email are really excellent and helpful. Thoroughly looking forward to our break now!”
