“Great service, I rang and spoke to Lesley asking saying that I had 3 dogs to take on a boat and she said that someone would look into this for me the very next day as it was too late to speak to the boat owners. The very next day as promised Abi rang me and was aware of all needs which was nice as I did not have to explain, Abi was very efficient and friending making it easy to book my hols. We are looking forward to our trip, thank you”

“The website is easy to use and navigate and the information provided makes it easy to select the right boat. The online booking facility is quick and easy to use and the follow-up call to confirm the booking and pay the deposit was punctual, friendly and helpful. All round, a very good experience.”

“Very easy to book and Abbie was very knowledgable when I spoke to her on the phone. She answered all of my questions and my email confirmation from the boatyard came through quickly. The boating handbook and suggested items list that were attached to the email are really excellent and helpful. Thoroughly looking forward to our break now!”

“Our experience was made so much easier with Trudi and Lesley. We had some problems our side with the fax and Trudi went above and beyond to help. She had also answered our queries over an online chat. Lesley, very capably, went over the final details and made sure we knew the ins and outs of our holiday. Both Trudi and Lesley are assets who represent Waterways in the best possible manner......We are looking forward to a great experience! Alex and Toni Scott-Berenson”
