“The booking process was very easy and Dawn was friendly, clear and helpful. It would nice though if there was a review on the boating experience as I couldn't find one”

“The website was easy to use but was a bit surprised it didn't ask for money. Then when I called the booking line I had a very helpful Dawn at the end who got it all sorted and answered all my questions. And gave me additional advice about the area.”

“Friendly, efficient service. Treated as an individual, not like calling a call centre. trudi was very helpful and pleasant, she phoned back when she said she would and explained everything always checking if i had any questions. the offer of being able to call if anything came to mind was a welcome touch. Well done!”
