“So easy to discuss needs as Dawn was very familiar with her product. Answered all my questions, ran through booking form over the phone and tailored narrow boat to our needs. Faultless I would say, shame there was no 'excellent' for me to tick! Well done!”

“I booked our holiday online, a mid-week break in November. Good website. I received an immediate email acknowledgement followed by a phone call next day to confirm the booking. The lady I spoke to was extremely pleasant and very helpful indeed. The booking process was a simple and good experience.”
