“The staff, chiefly Trudi Hawes, was very helpful and efficient and helped me in getting the boat and the route I wanted. It was a pleasure corresponding with her. A general remark: I would suggest that Waterways provide better route maps for each boat, rather than advising the customer to purchase a book from Amazon. A map is necessary for immediate planning and asking relevant questions. For the bottom line: Thank you very much Trudi Hawes for your help.”

“The holiday is only booked, so haven't experienced it yet. However the customer service I received when booking the holiday was second to non. Zoe was extremely helpful and if the holiday is similar, then it should be brilliant. Thank you”
