“Made the reservation quite easily -- surprised tho' that no payment details taken at booking stage. Got e-mail from company immediately which was followed up by very helpful personal contact over the phone to finalise the booking. Excellent”

“Very easy booking process. Would have been nice though when I booked as Mrs and paid for the holiday that the survey was addressed to me and not my husband. I thought these years of sexism were behind us but obviously not with Waterway holidays”

Dear Mrs Kneen, Many thanks for 5 star review and I am so sorry that the survey was addressed to 'Mr' in error. This was simply a typo in the 'title' drop-down selector in our email and we always address any correspondence to the lead name on the booking which should have read 'Mrs'. Have a fabulous holiday and sorry again for any offence caused by our error. Kind regards. Nigel
