“Great advice on booking so much so that we changed our whole hoilday so happy with the friendly way they help change the type of boat and location very helpful for us who have never done a hoilday like this.”

“We were called back about our booking on Monday, having made a provisional booking on the internet on Sunday. The Waterways offices were open until 7pm which was very helpful as we were unable to call during the working day. The member of staff I spoke to was extremely helpful, friendly and informative and the phone call was followed up with a confirmation email. Excellent service.”
