“Very clear and informative website, friendly and knowledgeable staff who answer the phone quickly. Booking process of on-line form to request reservation, followed up by telephone booking could be clunky, but in practise worked very well, excellent ongoing communication to now, with almost immediate email confirmation and by post the following day. If the rest of the holiday goes half as well I'll be very happy.”

“Good selection of boats / canals, fairly easy to navigate website. Easy to book and a call the next morning to confirm and answer any queries. Followed by prompt email confirmation from both Waterways and the boatyard we will be hiring from.”
