“I rang the office on two occasions before booking, the staff were really friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the boats and boating They helped us make the right choice of cruiser type in order to accommodate our dog”

“Very easy to book online and then was phoned the following morning to take more details. Very courteous and prompt service. Information given was very helpful and procedure of booking and paying deposit straightforward. Also received information from boat company promptly so communication from Waterways Holidays must have been speedy and accurate.”
