“Primary information given on email, booking on the phone very easy and the receptionist was very well informed and pleasant. Confirmation came quickly, email almost immediately followed by postal invoice the next day. Very impressed.”

“So far I've only experienced the booking process as our holiday is not until August. The lady I spoke to was absolutely fabulous.
