“Their website was very clear and easy to use, including the mobile format. Booking didn't take long and after booking they were very quick to finalise details. Staff are very knowledgeable, polite and helpful.”

“Very clear and informative website, friendly and knowledgeable staff who answer the phone quickly. Booking process of on-line form to request reservation, followed up by telephone booking could be clunky, but in practise worked very well, excellent ongoing communication to now, with almost immediate email confirmation and by post the following day. If the rest of the holiday goes half as well I'll be very happy.”
