“I booked it for myself and two friends as I have always wanted to have a holiday on a 'Rosie & Jim' boat but had no clue. Dawn answered my call and from start to finish she was an absolute diamond getting the boat choice exactly to our requirements, including my friend's little dog!!! Wonderful introduction to the holiday and I will happily give another critique when the holiday is over!”

“The internet details were very clear. When phoning I got through to a person first time each time I phoned. No being put on hold or pressing this and that button. The ladies I spoke to each time were very clear and helpful and I was very impressed.”

“The staff, chiefly Trudi Hawes, was very helpful and efficient and helped me in getting the boat and the route I wanted. It was a pleasure corresponding with her. A general remark: I would suggest that Waterways provide better route maps for each boat, rather than advising the customer to purchase a book from Amazon. A map is necessary for immediate planning and asking relevant questions. For the bottom line: Thank you very much Trudi Hawes for your help.”
