“Online booking system was very clear and simple - although I was expecting to be prompted for payment details directly (at the same time). However, I received a prompt phone call the next morning, at which point payment was taken, and i was helpfully given some newbie advice.”

“I booked on line and was promised a return call to confirm details. The call was very prompt and was dealt with in a very professional, friendly and knowledgeable manner. I did forget one thing and had to call back (the free phone number was very welcome) and on that call as well things were dealt with in the same great way that the first call was. It was a pleasure dealing with a company that knows what it is doing.”

“I spoke to Heather and she made the process of booking my midweek break really easy. Her excellent phone manner and clear interest in my booking was part of the best customer service experience I have ever had. I don't usually leave reviews but in this case I wanted to give a big thank you for your help and your innate politeness and professionalism. You should definitely be training people in customer care. Lets hope the holiday goes as well and you will have one happy customer.”
