“The web site was very well laid out and being able to select a starting place was very convenient as this saved scrolling through too many options. The on-line booking was very easy and the follow up phone call from "waterways holidays" was very prompt and friendly.”

“The process of booking online was simple. The final part of the process required speaking with a member of their customer services department (Zoe). This was simple and hassle free. Zoe was most helpful and obliging when a change of dates had to be made. All in all, very satisfied.”
