“Not had the holiday yet but easy booking of it & information all about the boat & what was included , the video of the boat very good with all the information needed on the water , just need the experience now of our holiday”

“Online booking system was very clear and simple - although I was expecting to be prompted for payment details directly (at the same time). However, I received a prompt phone call the next morning, at which point payment was taken, and i was helpfully given some newbie advice.”

“I booked on line and was promised a return call to confirm details. The call was very prompt and was dealt with in a very professional, friendly and knowledgeable manner. I did forget one thing and had to call back (the free phone number was very welcome) and on that call as well things were dealt with in the same great way that the first call was. It was a pleasure dealing with a company that knows what it is doing.”
