“For I'm from abroad I like to point out that the communication by e-mail has to be characterized as quick, efficient, helpful and friendly. This gives confidence that the holiday will be equally well organised. IT's a pitty that we won't see the ladies at Alderton.”

“I don't usually like to mention names in reviews, but in this case I have to say that Trudi Hawes of Waterways Holidays, has been exceptional in her help. From the initial email where I asked for information through to the booking of our holiday she has given more than asked and been incredibly helpful. For a first time booker of a waterways holiday, and coming in from abroad, she went out of her way to help me and my family in choosing the right holiday. If this quality rolls over into the holiday itself, I think all my future holidays will be easy to choose.”
