“We were very pleased with the service we received during the booking process. Upon arrival to collect our boat the service we received was excellent. We arrived an hour early and this was not a problem for them in fact, Kate Boats were more than happy to get us on our way early after showing us how to operate the boat & locks.”

“As a first time user of anything on the water I was very impressed with the way your instructor guided myself and my son through the first lock. Boat facility's were great. We will certainly be back as and when my wife is as mobile as myself. All the best. Simon”

“The person I spoke to was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They provided all of the information I required and more due to their personal knowledge of the area. They were relaxed about the booking and I did not feel pressured into going ahead with it. Overall very pleased with the service!”
