“Trudy was very professional & answered my questions well. She enabled me to make a decision on the boat I needed without any pressure, but with all the facts I needed to make a decision. When phoning for the 2nd time to confirm the booking, I was put through at once to her. No pressure to explain to a different operator my needs.”

“The chap I spoke to was very courteous, polite and knowledgeable about the holiday. The booking was efficient and painless. One minor error was the booking was passed to Middlewich Narrowboats as 2 adults and 0 children when in fact my two daughters will be coming too. Never mind. A small blemish on an otherwise first-rate transaction.”
