“Very quick, friendly and professional response very shortly after my on-line enquiry. Quickly sorted out my questions by contacting the boat yard and then getting back. I think it was all booked and "shipshape and Bristol fashion" within the hour. I am delighted.”

“Fantastic service. After booking online the night before and giving my office number, I rang in to confirm the very next morning and whilst I was on, Waterways rang in on the other line!! How good is that??? Fast, efficient and friendly. Let's hope the boat is (LOL).”

“spoke to a chap called Nigel who was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We had an unusual request as we needed a boat for 2 adults and 5 children at late notice but he did all that he could to help and phoned me back when he said he would etc.”

“Found the website to be clear and understandable - sent email reservation and had subsequent phone call the next day re clarification. Very helpful lady & gentleman on duty on Sunday who offered advice and sourced another boat better suited to our requirements. Very pleased indeed with the prompt and efficient service we received. Thankyou”
