“Chose my holiday online in the evening and received a phone call the next day to confirm and finalise. The lady was extremely courteous and helpful. Highly recommend!”

“Booking our holiday was easy and making a phone call to the staff proved to be a greathelp as they were able to answer all my questions and to advise on other things to do and see whilst holidaying on the Broads.”

“spoke to a chap called Nigel who was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We had an unusual request as we needed a boat for 2 adults and 5 children at late notice but he did all that he could to help and phoned me back when he said he would etc.”

“Found the website to be clear and understandable - sent email reservation and had subsequent phone call the next day re clarification. Very helpful lady & gentleman on duty on Sunday who offered advice and sourced another boat better suited to our requirements. Very pleased indeed with the prompt and efficient service we received. Thankyou”
