“I have only one negative. You quoted £30 for a pet and the Herbert Woods price is £35 per week. I expect you to cover the cover the difference. £40.”

“After browsing on the internet for some time , i decided to phone to see which boats were still available.I found the phone call to be very helpful and by the end of the afternoon we had decided on a boat to hire and had it booked .”

“Excellent and simple booking. Very polite and helpful service from Trudy. Made initial booking on line and was phoned within half an hour to confirm arrangements and make payment. All questions and queries answered helpfully. She even contacted the boatyard to reserve a rowing boat and called straight back. Now looking forward to the holiday!”

“Good experience. Fast response to queries, and friendly and efficient phone service. One issue for consideration relates to the direct bank payment details provided. My Australian bank required the bank name and branch to enable direct debit. It would be good to include these deails in the current bank payment details that form part of the application form.”

“Abbie the girl I spoke to on the phone was absolutely brilliant, she was very patient. I did have quiet a few requests as I am holidaying with 2 elderly people but called the boat owners and tried very hard to find out if we they would be able to acsess them ok. Many thanks to her for being very accommodating.”

“The aquamarine narrowboat was excellent, ours was the oldest in the fleet, being three years old. That says a lot about the quality of their boats. We have hired a total of twelve boats over the years & aqualine boats come in as the best. We have hired with all the main hirers, Anglo Welsh, Black Prince & Napton etc. Aqualine boats were good value, certainly pays to go onto the web & look for the last minute deals, don't go direct to the hire companies as you will always pay over the odds & always try to view you're boat prior to hiring to prevent any disappointment, as I have witnessed that in the past. “The booking process was really good. Having made an enquiry in the evening out of office hours, I was contacted mid morning next day and was able to confirm and complete our booking. Very nice staff too! Looking forward to the holiday now........”
