“The person I spoke to was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They provided all of the information I required and more due to their personal knowledge of the area. They were relaxed about the booking and I did not feel pressured into going ahead with it. Overall very pleased with the service!”

“We were very pleased with the service we received from the staff at Waterways Holidays. Unfortunately our first choice of canal boat was unavailable when we tried to book online. When contacting the Waterways office we found that the staff were very helpful and very efficient in finding us a replacement boat (within an hour). We had a great time on our boating holiday and I would recommend using them.”

“I found their web site by mistake as I was surfing the net, but glad I did as I was very impressed by everything they offered and how polite they were on the phone. As I have booked this break as a surprise I am looking forward to telling him soon.”

“we were charged for monday 15th july as the boat had to be preped, when we actually collected it tuesday 16th we called on a manager to complain, the boat had not been cleaned & we were forced to wait a hour & a half so it could be cleaned. We received a £40 refund which i am unhappy with, doubt i will use herbert woods again.”
