“I really appreciated the reminder I received once the 48hr period had lapsed. I had been meaning to make the booking over the weekend but didn't get around to it, and it was great to see a courteous message in my Inbox on the Monday morning. Many other booking facilities do not offer the follow up service. We look forward to our holiday in September! Many thanks.”
