“First time we have booked a holiday with you and after the kind person on the phone which she phoned us I was more at ease and very happy we booked with you ,we will book again”

Dear Mr Bown. Many thanks for your kind review. Some marinas do make a small surcharge of up to 2% to cover credit card processing charges. Others make no surcharge. “Excellent service. Booked on Wed evening, confirmed and paid on Thurs morning (lovely service by Trudi on the telephone - so very helpful and knowledgeable without being overbearing and cheesey!), holiday commences Sat for 4 days - Fantastic arrangement due to personal change of circumstances. Hope the boat and holiday are as good as the service received so far. Big thanks to Trudi:)”

“In order to answer all the questions I had about the most appropriate boat and pick up point for our needs I ended up phoning Waterways four times. On each occasion the staff could not have been more helpful,patient and informative.They really made the booking process very easy.”

“The information over the phone was very helpful and although I was booking two boats (one for my daughter), there wasn't any problem paying with same card. Would recommend the service to anybody regards Ian”
