“Excellent service. Booked on Wed evening, confirmed and paid on Thurs morning (lovely service by Trudi on the telephone - so very helpful and knowledgeable without being overbearing and cheesey!), holiday commences Sat for 4 days - Fantastic arrangement due to personal change of circumstances. Hope the boat and holiday are as good as the service received so far. Big thanks to Trudi:)”

“In order to answer all the questions I had about the most appropriate boat and pick up point for our needs I ended up phoning Waterways four times. On each occasion the staff could not have been more helpful,patient and informative.They really made the booking process very easy.”

“I really appreciated the reminder I received once the 48hr period had lapsed. I had been meaning to make the booking over the weekend but didn't get around to it, and it was great to see a courteous message in my Inbox on the Monday morning. Many other booking facilities do not offer the follow up service. We look forward to our holiday in September! Many thanks.”
