“The customer service assistant was very helpful and friendly she also had a good product knowledge which made the the booking a lot less stressful. All I have to do now is to occupy 3 teenagers and a 7 year old plus my wife for 3 days should be a piece of cake.”

“I have only one negative. You quoted £30 for a pet and the Herbert Woods price is £35 per week. I expect you to cover the cover the difference. £40.”
