“Name of the lady who served me escapes me but I called first thing in the morning for some quotes and then returned the call about 4 hours later and she remembered who I was and what I was looking for. She wasn't pushy or sales talky but recommended a boat that would suit us. A very good experience - I hope the holiday is the same”

“I spoke to Abbie Bacchus & Nigel Richards on the phone to book my holiday. They were both very helpful and I was offered several alternatives in the area of the canal network I was interested in. All my questions were answered and the booking process went through quickly and smoothly. Now looking forward to the holiday.”
