“Following my enquiry I was contacted very soon by telphone and advised of the options available. After agreeing to the holiday information was emailed to me next day which filled in all the gaps. really professionally administered. David B”

“I reserved online and I was called back the very next day. I was unable to take the call but when I rang back I spoke to Nigel who was reall helpful and spoke me through the booking process clearly and was very patient when I realised I had filled out some of the original questions incorrectly! I was very happy with the service and couldn't fault it. I am really looking forward I my trip!”

“1st time customer and I have to say what a great company to deal with! Reserved a boat on their website (which was easy to use) late in the evening and received a call from them before midday the following day to confirm the booking. The staff know their stuff and have customer service nailed perfectly (which is rare in this day and age). Everything was explained clearly and in a very friendly manner...nothing was too much trouble..any questions i had were answered straight away, making the whole process reassuringly stress free. The best way to describe Waterways Holidays is like having a smile on the other end of the phone..other companies take note, the benchmark has been set! Many thanks.”

“Looked on the internet and found this fantastic company, looked through their fleet and quickly found our ideal boat, a small 2 berth cruiser. Booked our 7 day break on-line and our holiday was confirmed via e-mail within minutes. Next day I was called by the company and spoke to a lovely young lady called Abbie, she immediately confirmed our booking and processed our payment and made this part as painless as possible. An itinerary was provided and everything confirmed, any question asked of Abbie was dealt with professionally and with a much needed sense of humor. I cannot rate the treatment we have received so far highly enough, thanks not only to Abbie but to all the others behind the scenes. Duncan Dalgleish.”
