“Pleasant and helpful lady helped me book a boat suitable for two couples and a one year old. Very satisfied with the booking process. Have yet to take the holiday.”

“The booking process was very quick, on the enquiry form it stated that a response could take up to 7 days, I was surprised to get a response the next day. The other lovely surprise was in the response it said that the booking would be held for 24 hours. I forgot to phone back but I got a phone call from Waterways the next day. Hope our holiday is as smooth and enjoyable as the booking process. Thank you”

“Very easy to book. Abby took our booking and phoned me straight back to confirm it. Everything I needed to know was explained clearly and I had a confirmation e-mail immediately. Very good customer service.”

“The reply to my e mail enquiry was prompt and timely! The lady who took my booking was excellent and discussed my booking thoroughly to make sure I understood all elements of it! She advised me to change the booking slightly to suit our requirements! It was a very useful change!”
