“Quick, efficient. We needed to call them out when a log blocked our passage out of a lock. It was no problem and was dealt with out of hours with humour and efficiency. Barge was well maintained and very comfortable. At short notice it was seamless. Will be coming back... and bringing friends!”

“Staff at Waterways Holidays were very quick to respond to enquiries and emails, and very friendly on the telephone, taking extra time to find additional information and advice on how to get to the boat, and where to find guides and maps. We are looking forward to our boating holiday!”

“A speedy, efficient and friendly response to my internet booking. I booked late at night and they rang me straight away the next morning. Everything was explained clearly and the payment process was quick. Thank you very much - I'm really looking forward to our holiday.”

“I phoned rather than try to book online without speaking to someone. I'm glad I did, they were very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I asked. If anyone has any questions or doubts, call them, I would gladly recommend them to anyone.”
